This group is a year-long (10 meetings) monthly group meeting led by Cherolyn Knapp, to discuss high conflict workplace situations, scenarios, and dilemmas.


Description

High conflict workplace disputes can be extraordinarily challenging because they involve some of the most complex issues and challenging behaviors.

In monthly small virtual group meetings, Cherolyn Knapp, B.Comm, LLB.B, Q.Med, leads discussions about the topics that are most important to group members. This is an opportunity to ask all your questions about anything to do with your high conflict workplace situations.

Group make-up

This group is for professionals in the workplace environments, including:

  • Managers
  • CEOs
  • COOs
  • Workplace consultants
  • Professional conduct consultants
  • Employee assistance program professionals
  • Others involved in resolving workplace disputes

Employees, individuals involved in personal disputes, and others not acting in a professional capacity should use our other services instead of this group. 

Confidentiality

Group meetings are confidential. Questions regarding specific cases will not include names or identifying information.

  • Fee: $1500 (10 meetings)

Refunds

Refunds will be authorized as follows:

  • if requested more than thirty (30) days prior to the group start date, a $40 fee will be assessed
  • if requested less than thirty (30) days prior to the group start date, or after the group start date, a fee of $150 fee will be assessed

Neither High Conflict Institute nor its consultants are providing legal services or advice, nor therapy services or advice, but rather discussing in a confidential group setting about general problems, patterns and approaches that may be considered in the workplace with high-conflict behaviors.
  2. HCI and its consultants will not be held liable for any actions and decisions made by members of the group in relation to cases or situations of any kind.
  3. The group meetings are intended to be confidential. Questions regarding specific cases will not include names or identifying information.
  4. Refunds will be authorized as follows:
    a. If requested more than thirty (30) days prior to the group start date, a $40 fee will be assessed.
