Watch the videos, complete and pass the 5 multiple choice questions after watching the on-demand videos, attend the 2 x 4 hours participatory live streams and complete and pass the 10 multiple choice questions once all parts (1, 2 and 3) of the training have been completed and apply for your certificate of completion..............and...............if at that point you are not 100% satisfied with our training - please email us.
