Watch the videos, complete and pass the 5 multiple choice questions after watching the on-demand videos, attend the 2 x 4 hours participatory live streams and complete and pass the 10 multiple choice questions once all parts (1, 2 and 3) of the training have been completed and apply for your certificate of completion..............and...............if at that point you are not 100% satisfied with our training - please email us. In other words, if a refund is necessary to serve you, then, of course, we would not want your money. However, we do require you to make an honest effort to watch the videos and attend the training before deciding if a refund is what you require.
