60-Minute Consultation

A confidential 60-minute 1:1 educational consultation

We can help when you are uncertain about how to handle a high-conflict dispute, dilemma, or situation, any of which are often confusing and debilitating.

We strive to bring peace of mind, increased confidence with decision-making through our consultations, ranging from:

  • family disputes over a deceased loved one's ashes
  • high-conflict divorce and child custody matters
  • writing a difficult email to a high-conflict colleague
  • relationship difficulties with an adult child (or the reverse)
  • business disputes between partners
  • stalking and harassment
  • land disputes

Regardless of the issue, the patterns of high-conflict behavior are similar. In your consultation, we will listen to your issue and concerns, and then provide information about general patterns of behavior, problems to expect and general approaches that may be considered in high-conflict disputes with a person who displays high conflict behaviors.

Advice vs. Strategies and Approaches

We will not provide legal advice about your legal case or therapeutic advice, but rather general strategies and approaches that often work well in high-conflict disputes.

Confidentiality

Our consultations are intended to be confidential, but they do not have the confidentiality protections of a therapist-client or attorney-client relationship (if unclear, please inquire with your consultant at the beginning of the session).

Scheduling

After purchasing the consultation you will see a THANK YOU page with the information below. You will receive an email with the same information - use the one you prefer. The page and the email will include information for scheduling your date and time.
