The Certification

This certification is an advanced training taught by high-conflict expert, Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq., co-founder of the High Conflict Institute, that describes the surprising and predictable patterns of behavior of five high-conflict personality disorders/traits. The certification equips you with practical and effective methods for managing high-conflict clients, who can display complex and challenging behaviour at times during your therapy sessions.

Learn tried and tested skills to avoid being taken down the rabbit hole, as these clients will often try to persuade you to join them in their negative and biased thought processes. Many predictable behavior problems are discussed, and numerous tools for managing and resolving them, including:
