This group is a year-long (11 meetings) monthly group meeting led by Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq., to discuss high-conflict family law cases.
Description
High-conflict family law cases can be extraordinarily challenging because they involve some of the most complex issues.
In monthly small virtual group meetings, Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq., leads discussions about the topics that are most important to group members. This is an opportunity to ask all your questions about anything to do with your high-conflict family law cases, including:
- allegations of violence and abuse
- alienation, estrangement, resistance, refusal
- high-conflict opposing counsel
- working with other professionals
- and any questions posed by group members
This consultation group is designed to help family law professionals discuss these issues in relation to high-conflict cases and it’s an opportunity to pick Bill’s brain. Take the opportunity to gain insights from Bill and from fellow group members who face similar issues. We have two distinct groups: one that meets on Tuesdays and another on Wednesdays
Group make-up
This group is for professionals in the family law field, including:
- attorneys
- therapists/counselors (any mental health professional)
- mediators
- judges
- coaches
- other family law professionals
Parents, family members and others who are not a family law professionals should use our other services instead of this group.
Confidentiality
Group meetings are confidential. Questions regarding specific cases will not include names or identifying information.

Refunds
Refunds will be authorized as follows:
- if requested more than thirty (30) days prior to the group start date, a $40 fee will be assessed
- if requested less than thirty (30) days prior to the group start date, or after the group start date, a fee of $150 fee will be assessed
