Presenters/Instructors
Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq. is the co-founder of the High Conflict Institute in San Diego, California. He pioneered the High Conflict Personality Theory (HCP) and has become an expert on managing disputes involving people with high-conflict personalities. He was the Senior Family Mediator at the National Conflict Resolution Center for 15 years, a Certified Family Law Specialist lawyer representing clients in family court for 15 years, and a licensed clinical social worker therapist with over 12 years of experience.
Bill serves on the faculty of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law in California and was a Conjoint Associate Professor with the University of Newcastle Law School in Australia. He has been a speaker and trainer in over 35 U.S. states and 13 countries.
He is the author or co-author of over 20 books, manuals, and workbooks. He is co-host with Megan Hunter of the podcast It's All Your Fault! and has a popular blog on the Psychology Today website with millions of views.
Ginger Gentile, Documentarian, is the director of the Erasing Family documentary, which tells the story of adult children reuniting with their parents after parental alienation. As a child of high-conflict divorce her mission in life is to reunite families which she does via television appearances such as on Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith and also working as a coach to help parents reunite. For her work reuniting families, she was named an Architect of Change by Maria Shriver. After graduating from Columbia University, Ginger moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina where she worked on many independent films and from 2007 onward was co-principal of San Telmo Productions. After returning to the U.S. in 2015, she completed the Erasing Family documentary and later served as the Executive Director of the National Parents Organization.
Ginger is HCI’s New Ways for Families Coach. In this role, she coaches parents through the New Ways for Families online course where parents learn new conflict and relationship skills to reduce conflict, including high-conflict co-parenting communication skills. She received her coaching certificate from a highly esteemed coaching program.
