What Others Are Saying About New Ways - Testimonials
"Getting an individual to take the situation from the emotional brain to the thinking brain was the biggest for me. I also got a lot out of the simplicity, or even the science, of de-escalating a situation by responding in a particular way to deal with the different personalities-that's very helpful."

-R.K.
Executive Coach
"These methods are powerful and can be useful with clients and with people in my personal life. I learned to be confident when describing the methods such as BIFF – we all sound better than we think we do. We can deliver this method when coaching executives without necessarily having them flip through a workbook. "

-L.H.
Executive Coach

"Now having the tools to help my clients shift from 'feeling' to 'thinking' by using proposals and focusing on options and choices will be a win for me and for them. Teaching how to use BIFF Responses for emails is a game-changer and the practice of BIFF is critical. One of the biggest take-aways is to stop trying to give the client insight.

-P.W.
Conflict Consultant

"After years of frustration with some clients who couldn't seem to quite get it, I now understand why and what I was lacking. Now I will focus more on disconnecting from changing the person, focusing on behavior and forward movement, listen more and talk less, and help clients clam themselves without making them feel patronized. Many can be helped to stay in the workplace rather than continuing to disrupt it or being terminated. Empowering!
