About Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq.
Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq. is the co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of the High Conflict Institute and a pioneer of the High Conflict Personality Theory (HCP). With a unique background as a lawyer, therapist, and mediator, he has over 40 years of experience in resolving high-conflict disputes.
Bill was Senior Family Mediator at the National Conflict Resolution Center in San Diego, California. He was a faculty member at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and the University of Newcastle Law School in Australia. Bill is the author of Mediating High-Conflict Disputes, He has delivered training in 35 states and 13 countries, authored 25+ books, and co-hosts the podcast It's All Your Fault with Megan Hunter. His popular blog on Psychology Today has garnered millions of views.
